Device: LG Optimus 2X (Android 2.2)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Bookmark a page
2. Tap on the star > Edit
3. tap on tag field and try to add a tag

Expected result:
The field should stay in focus so you are able to see what you are writing. 

Actual result:
The tag field is covered by the keyboard and the keyboard suggestions. It doesn't focus and I'm not able to pan the panel.
