What about this bug? I tested kitsune, and these words (To, and Message) are still not localized. See also https://support.mozilla.org/pl/messages/new
I fixed this when implementing the redesign for private messaging: https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/commit/8bb9b1f673dd6103c4d58ad3bd0e88462c5cb178 Once we push new strings to Verbatime this week, they will be localizable there.
