It appears that the TV-remote interaction is broken in this conference room. We tried to put new batteries in the remote but the remote refused to cause the TV to operate properly. Steps 1. Go into PB&J (physically) 2. Try to use the remote to turn on the tegra and join the PB&J vidyo room. == Actual == * The tv interface doesn't respond to the remote == Expected == * It should work.
I'm not able to walk into that room right now but did you use the wall remote to control the TV?

Clint, Source selection might not work off the remote, you'll have to use the touch control on the right side panel in front of the tv to change that and then use the vidyo remote to control vidyo.

It seems a few wires on the video box have been disconnected and broken, Avidex will be coming in on Wednesday for tech support.
