hiredis (http://pypi.python.org/pypi/hiredis) is a C lib to parse replies from redis. It should give us a little speedup.

All we need to do is install the lib as an rpm and the python redis library will detect it.

We should do this separately from bug 674067 and the phx move so we can measure the improvement. I'm not in a hurry but better perf is always nice.
Please install the rpm on hudson as well.
