While loading and zooming into a local text file, you can notice that checkerboarding is occuring within the viewport.

REpro:
1) install fennec nightly, Nexus S, OS 2.3.3, 07252011 build
2) enable sync and its logging
3) Open a sync log, and save it locally to device
4) Launch the sync log (or any text file if you will), in a remote tab
5) pinch zoom into the text file to view it better
6) pan to the left, right before tab sidebar
7) Verify checkerboarding alongside the left border of the text file.  zooming in and out only increases the checkerboarding

Expected:
- no checkerboarding after zoom and panning
