Archive forums by making them "read-only" and moving them to https://developer.mozilla.org/forums/
let's group all forms + discussions under the 'discussions' component

Good call. Long term, it would be great to have a dropdown restricting us to certain tags. For now, convention works.
In our user interview, Janet noted that the forums may be doing more harm than good as many questions go unanswered and that the most of the people who could help hang out in other channels (IRC, mailing lists, etc.)
