I saw this problem for the first time today using a clean profile and another profile I use daily and
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:6.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0 (latest beta, which I upgraded to yesterday IIRC, meaning that this could be a regression in this last beta).

When I go to planet.mozilla.org and try to scroll the page using the Up, Down, Home and End keys, they do not work at all (Home and End) or work only partially (Up and Down).

I did some testing, and if I select a word in the middle of the page, and then use the Up and Down keys, Fx6 behaves as if the cursor was moving up and down too, and only start moving the page once the cursor reaches the top or bottom of the page. In other pages where I did some testing too, the page was moving up or down immediately. So there is something wrong with planet.m.o.

Also, the Home and End keys are working fine in the other pages where I did my testing. Here again, only planet.m.o seems broken.
As this wasn't enough, middle-clicking on a link in this page no longer opens the link in a new tab; nothing happens! No idea if that's related or not.
It sounds like for some reason planet.mozilla.org is ending up in editable mode for you. Any idea why? I'm not seeing that effect...
The only error I see in the web console is:

[18:48:30,852] Erreur d'analyse de la valeur pour « cursor ». Déclaration abandonnée. @ http://planet.mozilla.org/

Is there a way to track what's wrong?
Well, for a start, what's document.designMode for you on that page?
