Adam made changes so that embedders must now implement nsIWebBrowserSiteWindow
instead of nsIBaseWindow. These changes need to be made to mfcembed also.

QA Contact: mdunn → depstein
now called nsIEmbeddingSiteWindow. In MFCEmbed, declared in BrowserImpl.h and 
methods implemented in BrowserImpl.cpp.
