Actual results: After I paste it into other application, but the cut items are not disapear from bookmark sidebar. Expected results: It should disappear cut bookmark items that pasted into other application.

This problem happens in Library, bookmark toolbar and bookmark menu too.
This was done by design, if you paste into another application we force a copy operation to avoid dataloss. You copied Places nodes but you are actually pasting something different in another app, that may be the address, or title/address. Moreover, we cannot detect when you do a paste into another app, thus we don't know if we should delete those nodes or not.
