67514 - occasional space bar and arrow key anomalies in form widgets

On occasion, typing a space in a text field or text area scrolls the page to the
bottom, following this with a non-space key scrolls back up to the original
position. So, typing a whole sentence will cause the page to scroll numerous
times up and down the page. (The widget stays in focus with the insertion point
remaining in the correct position.) When this anomaly is active, arrow keys are
also inoperable inside these widgets. I have no idea how to reproduce the
problem, since it occurs only occasionally, but today i encountered it while
adding a comment to an existing Bugzilla bug. (I have encountered it numerous
times before.)

This problem is so annoying that it's hard to imagine that no one else has
reported it yet, but i couldn't find it in the database.

Thanks for filing, but it does exist (it is sometimes difficult to find 
bugs, even when you know the bug you are looking for exists.)
