Flightdeck wants an API so that Piotr can list all the addons for a given user.
Target Milestone: 6.2.0 → 6.1.9
http://github.com/jbalogh/zamboni/commit/0b0d75 Do a GET of addons with authenticate_as, you'll get a paginated list back. Only shows addons that are not admin disabled with the appropriate roles set.
