User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:5.0) Gecko/20110706 Firefox/5.0 SeaMonkey/2.2 Build ID: 20110706120824 Steps to reproduce: For years I have set my own colors of browser/mail lik old (netscape) standard: text: black, background: gray. Now in SM2.2 I want to print obtained mail. Actual results: Black text is printed on the gray background. Only section with headers (from, to, subject, date) is on the white/transparent background. It is visible both in print preview and on the paper. Expected results: Only black text should be printed. No background. It should be the same as in all previous version. Grey background should be only on the monitor reading mail. Not on print preview, not on the paper.

File->Page Setup Under Options you should see a checkbox: [ ] Print Background (colours and images) Make sure this checkbox is unticked.
Background is printed, although "Print Background (colours and images)" is unchecked.
