Out of 286278 users, I got that 8720 of them installed Firebug.  1076 of them disabled it. 

Let me know if these numbers make sense.
According to AMO, on a day when there was 140m ADU, 2,769,558 users had Firebug.  That's 1.8%.  However, I am unsure if that's only enabled Firebug or both enabled and disabled.

Of the TestPilot users, 3.0% of them had Firebug installed.  However, only 2.7% of TestPilot users had Firebug installed and enabled.
