Details
Steps to repeat: 1.On my Samsung phone, I go to a web form and multiline field e.g. this description form in bugzilla. 2. after touching the field to start typing it is displayed fine. 3. start typing a word that will come up in autocomplete. Results: The url bar is displayed, the predictive text comes up and there is a few pixel gap left. As you type you can see the page scrolling around as the predictive bar comes and goes. This makes horizontal mode basically unusable with predictive text on.

What Phone are you using (Samsung type)? What keyboard are you using? The standard one?

This was probably a Galaxy Ssomething... 2 or 4? I think it could still occur depending on the screen size of the phone.
