675569 - Aurora-7.0a2 doesn't restore *any* tabs

After upgrading from 7.0a1, almost all of my tabs disappeared.  What remained was one of my three app tabs (gmail) and the existing tab groups, now empty.  Curiously, my configured home page appeared as well.

I figured this was an upgrade hiccup, but exactly the same thing just happened on quitting and re-loading the browser (a manual quit for a laptop reboot).

Looking at my tab groups, I appear to have landed in the same tab group that was open when I quit.  My History menu seems up to date - the recently closed tabs include some tabs I closed very recently, but do not include the tabs that disappeared.

Happy to help with any diagnostics, but I don't know where to start.

This is a dupe, but nobody has been able to repro reliably. If you think you can, find me before you quit (if you happen to be in the MV office, that's ideal, otherwise we could make something work over irc)
