Steps to reproduce:

Background:

In Sweden and many parts of Europe, it is customary to use week numbers rather than specific dates; privately and in business.

In Lightning it is not possible to schedule tasks or recurring tasks on specific weeks numbers.

For example:

2011: Monday week 31 is 1st of August
2012: Monday week 31 is 30th of July

Expected results:

It should be possible to create tasks or events that recur a specific day of the week on specific week numbers, i.e. always let an event recur monday week 31

To exend this request it would also be useful if a custom recurrence would be possible: recur on weeks 26, 31, 49 every year.

This sounds reasonable, confirming. we'd need to figure out how to best integrate this into the UI.
