In bug 474308, a user revealed that MindTouch was using the xml:lang attribute incorrectly. It provided the value "en-US" even on non-English pages, causing issues with screen readers. Let's make sure we do not make the same mistake.

We aren't using this attribute anywhere and the lang attribute is being used properly.
