This hasn't been explicitly requested by anyone I've come across, but some did hint at it. In my user interview with Atul, he mentioned that he usually visits quirksmode.org for cross-browser compatibility documentation as their documentation on the topic is usually superior. An individual on UserVoice also referred to the website, calling it "the definitive resource". http://mdn.uservoice.com/forums/51389-mdn-website-feedback-http-developer-mozilla-org/suggestions/1857233-cross-browser-support-matrix?ref=title Do we have any interest in building a master compatibility table like the one quirksmode.org provides? Do we instead have any interest in working with quirksmode.org?

I think caniuse.com is the better resource?

The problem I've found with caniuse.com (and html5please.com) is that they are sometimes out of date. This could be a nice asset for the MDN, at least assuming the community actively edit it.

It is something that we start to have (at least for CSS). But currently it is a nightmare to manage. Each time a change is done, it has to be pushed in all languages, but also in the related "Gecko-supported CSS features" (or Webkit, or another). We really need to have a database: 3NF so that edit once, update everywhere + coherence.. I may start creating a schema for this as soon as I can get some time.

Yes, definitely part of the Compat Data project. I keep it open with the needinfo flag to remind to handle it once we will set up all the formal bugs related to the project.
