The command to clear cache is

"/usr/bin/varnishadm -S /etc/varnish/secret -T dm-vcview04:6082 purge.url ja"

Run it on dm-svn01 or dm-svn02

I've had a ton of caching issues with varnish today, already, sadly.

Ashish ran the command again on fy-NL instead of ja, and works now. Back to FIXED.
