Steps to reproduce: - Pan a page, let it scroll - While the page is still scrolling, tap on the screen to stop the panning. Actual result: This js error in the console: Notice that in step 3, you get this error in the error console: this._dragger is null chrome://browser/content/input.js 409

Perhaps the same, but this one has different steps to reproduce. Not sure if that matters.
