Which Firefox version ?
Is this the first install on a new system or do you already have Firefox installed ?

Did you have another version of Firefox installed before that?
Or did just wanted to install another version and keep the old one?
As a response to comment 1 it seems that your firefox.exe process did not exit when you closed Firefox.
So when you tried to install firefox you couldn't, because Firefox was already running!
Please get back with a comment,so we can figure out what the issue was!
Thanks!
