once every few months, there's a kernel panic in kvm. the server hangs until we reboot it manually, and then self-heals.
make the kernel self-heal from panics by setting kernel.panic=60, so that it reboots automatically after 60 seconds of panic.
Pushed kernel.panic=60 to wp-kvm{01,02}.phx.weave, vm{1,2}-{1,2}.mtv1.svc, vm1-1.scl2.beta.svc
