One path for a new user on MDN is the following: 1. While not logged in (because you don't yet have an account), you realize you'd like to make a change to some page. 2. Click the Edit button. The login screen appears. 3. Click "Create an account". The registration screen appears. 4. Fill in the registration info. Expected result: You get to edit the page that you started on. Actual result: You are taken to your user page, and have to navigate back to the original page and click Edit *again*.

This bug seems to be fixed. When I edit a document as a signed-out user, I have to go through the signin process and then land back on the document, in edit mode.

I should add, comment 1 applies even if I need to create an account first.
