676223 - Left sidebar partly appears after long tapping on certain spots in bugzilla

See screenshot. I'm not completely sure this is a regression of bug 675920 at this point, but I suspect so.

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=675920
- Make sure that no sidebars are visible
- Long tap just between the my name link ("Martijn Wargers [:mw22]") and "Steps to reproduce"

Expected result:
- Some word should be selected, the left sidebar shouldn't appear partly

Actual result:
- See screenshot, also notice the white box in the top left, which seems to indicate that the url bar is disconnected.

When you're zoomed in on the page, then the effect is worse. Then the whole left sidebar appears.

Just long-tap in the green box.

Ok, that is not enough, you need to zoom in on the testcase too, and the "some text" text should not be in view.

Ok, this is not a regression from bug bug 675920, I can reproduce this bug in a 2011-07-20 build, too.
This probably just started with the support for text selection (bug 661388).
