With default Windows color settings, inactive sidebar tabs now have a white
background. This makes it difficult to see which sidebar is open, since "large
mostly white area" can usually be used to quickly determine which one is open.
Hewitt says he'll change the color to ThreeDFace to match the active tabs, and
may add an extra effect such as a bolder border for the tab. (I think having a
different border for active tabs might not be necessary, but I haven't seen
what this looks like yet.)
I'm setting the severity to normal instead of minor/trivial because I think the
current color is pretty ugly.
