Expected: video will load
Actual: the spot where the video should appear is blank

Note:
1. the desktop firefox will show the video
This video is checking for the loadedmetadata event, but they have not included a preload="metadata" attribute on the video. I'll contact the author.

We've recently checked in some changes to reduce the thread usage of media elements. Probably a good time to look back at changing that pref.
I think now this bug resolved as the video element is visible and i can play the video from the firefox mobile browser for android (ver 37.0.2).
