Steps to reproduce:

Tried to sort my bunch of rules alphabetically (to wipe out some) by clicking on <Filtername> with no effect.
Some research. Yes, I know there´s that priority thing with the working order.
But trying to find a specific rule by scrolling is not very usable if exceeding some amount of rules.
Grouping rules alphabetically, even if only by a search, would improve the UI too (e.g. rules <culture a> to <culture (n)> scattered around because of having been created at different times) instead of having to move every single item manually to get them _ordered_ ...
