steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/bug-640041/ownership 2. Add a new author 3. Save changes expected behavior: newly added author is listed among the list of owners and developers actual behavior: Success message is shown but the new author is not listed at /ownership Note: trying to add the same author again results in IntegrityError: (1062, "Duplicate entry '324079-5540398' for key 2") traceback sometimes. screencast: http://screencast.com/t/E8ekfGBK
