The staged version of the MPL page on one mozilla is a 404.
The correct link should be http://www-dev.allizom.org/MPL/firefox/ but it redirects to http://www-dev.allizom.org/en-US/MPL/firefox/

This is simply a problem with the wrong 404 page being shown.
