Steps taken:
1. Access home page at https://webifyme-dev.allizom.org/en-US/2. Click Take Quiz link
3. Answer all questions until you arrive at "Personalize your collage..." page
4. Click "Privacy Policy" link

Expected: 
Should open Privacy page in new tab/window.

Actual: 
Opens in existing window, causing user to lose their quiz answers and collage. If they click browser Back button, makes them start over at question 1.

Brez: Please change the privacy policy link in the "I agree to Mozilla's use of my email address as described in the Privacy Policy" after you take the quiz to _blank like the one at the bottom of the page template.
