Current OS: Windows vista Business + SP2
IE8 8.0.6001.18943
Chrome
Location: USA
Steps taken:
1. open application by IE8
2. click on Get Start button
3. click on Take quiz
4. click on Skip link on each question
Expected:
user can skip all the question
Actual:
skip link disappeared. the first time, it disappeared at the question 12, the second time, it disappeared at question 11.
when I click on Go back button to go back to previous page, Skip button disappere on each question
Checked this issue on Chrome, the same issue exists on Chrome too

The expected behavior is that the Skip button disappears after skipping 10 questions.
