677062 - moff.mozilla.org rsync needs an exclude file

Not sure who from mobile needs to be brought in on this, but the servers hosting moff.mozilla.org are starting to run short of disk space.  moff.mozilla.org is a mirror of ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases (presumably to save typing getting to it on mobile phones).  However, it contains every Fennec back to 1.0, and it would make sense to start excluding some of the older releases from the rsync (but leave them on ftp).

I can set this up, but someone needs to decide what all needs to be kept.

In case someone besides me takes this up once the decision in made, the machines in question are dm-download03 and dm-download04, and the sync scripts are in /root/bin.

I think we only need latest*, though those are softlinks.

Once Maemo is end-of-lifed (post-fx7), we can retire moff.m.c.
