Scrollbars sometimes lose their scrollbar button arrows and/or the gripper.  Screenshot to follow.

I've sometimes seen it shortly after launch, and I've also gone several days without noticing it.  It seems to be true that it'll work as expected for a while, within a single browser session, then the error will sometimes crop up mid-session, i.e., I'll suddenly notice one or both errors missing.  I've never noticed it go from present to missing while I was watching.

I haven't been able to figure out a triggering condition.  I suspect it requires the use of an em:type=4 theme using -moz-appearance: none to style the scrollbar, mainly because someone would have probably noticed it by now if it were happening with the default theme.

Details:
- I've seen it with both Fx8 nightlies and Fx7 nightly/aurora.
- Other people than me have seen it, although I don't have the details of their systems.  I'll add more info about range of platforms as I have it.
- Seen on Vista 64.

STR: 
1 - Run fx7 aurora or fx8 nightly.
2 - (Probably) Install and run with a theme like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4908
3 - Observe scrollbar appearance.  Watch and wait. 

Expected:
- scrollbar drawn with arrows and gripper

Actual:
- scrollbar sometimes drawn without one or both arrows and/or gripper

I can confirm this bug.  I have seen it with the released Seamonkey-2.3.1 on Linux with the Modern theme.
