Details

since the name of the project is changing from TCM to Case Conductor, we should change this prefix to be CC_ instead of TCM_ 

These should be changed in local.py and anywhere that references them.

Carl: I didn't want to do a search and replace to make this change, because I wasn't sure if you did any concatenation with that "TCM_" prefix and then I would have broken it.  Would you make this change?
