College Recruiting needs to make a little flyer for our fall college recruiting tour.  We are hoping to have the design ready to send to the printers by the end of next week.  Is there any way Sean or Stephen can help us out with this?

Do you have the copy already, or will you need help with that too?

Also, please let us know any other details, such as the physical size you want or any restrictions around the printing (b&w or color, etc). Thanks!

That's great, thanks Rhonda!  In terms of design, last year's flyer was 4"x7" - we are not particular on the size, but something in that general range would be good (4" x 6" would also work well, for example).  We do need it to be in color.   

We don't have any copy written yet, or any graphics, is there someone who is free to help out with that, or should I file a different bug for this?

Kimber, can we just reuse last year's content (with updated bug #s, of course)? I'd rather not pull our only copywriter off his other work to do this if we already have something that fits the bill.

If the answer is yes, then I'd suggest just updating what we did last year but with a new background and color palette to match the mozilla.com look better. 

If you want to start over more, that's fine...we'll probably pull in a freelance writer, but we'd still need some direction about main message, concept, etc.

Sorry, everyone.  Just met with Julie and we decided it was better to skip the flyers this year.  I think we will make some new, non-person specific business cards for the college team instead.  New bug to be filed soon - but we can close this one.
