Okay, the 2nd patch does the following:

Changes "my E-mail messages" to "my Mail messages" (if the casing is wrong, let
me know).
Adds a seperate "Newsgroups" SectionHeader label
Adds "Compose a news posting" with a hyperlink on 'compose'
Adds "Subscribe to Newsgroups" with a hyperlink on 'Newsgroups'.  

I didn't want all the links to be on the left-hand side, I thought it would look
better spread out.

My first patch ever, suggestions welcome!

QA-->Ninoschka, because when I learn the JS code behind this, I'll check it in.

I think the action should be the link. So "Subscribe" would be the link.  Don't 
think its a problem they are all on one side.

The "search my messages" link/text that appears after clicking on a newsgroup 
server in the folder pane should be changed to "search messages" or "search 
messages on this server".  (See also bug 47857, which might affect how 
searching news actually works.)

"Search messages" will match what the text was changed to for mail accounts.

The issue with the news server's "Search messages" has already been fixed, when
I fixed bug 67827.  We still have other things to add, such as Subscribe to
newsgroups, however.

Please add NewsGroups item updates to bug 66830. Jennifer already posted a
screen mockup. Please do all the comments over there. I am working on that one
right now as a part of AccountCentral improvement efforts.
