We'll need a table to track transactions between a user and an addon. This is similar to the Contribution table. But should contain foreign keys to the user, addon and price tier. It should also contain the transaction type (purchase, refund, chargeback), and all the paypal variables we'll need paykey, uuid, transaction id etc.
