I discovered this when looking into bug 641864 comment #11. The Status & Versions page for this add-on said the developer disabled it, but it didn't say that it was also admin-disabled. Since developers can't do anything about admin-disabled add-ons, it's more important to say the add-on is admin-disabled than to say it is self-disabled.
STR:
1) Self-disable and admin-disable an add-on.
2) Look at Status & Versions page.
Expected result:
The status should say admin-disabled.
