The tab bar on the bottom should be lightened to match the mockup in bug 667456, as well as be on par with Safari in Lion 10.7

Yes. We also need noise on the tabs and the tab strip but that might be a different bug.

This is probably WONTFIX with Australis and the removal of the tabs-on-bottom-option. Please close, then.
