677668 - non-valid zip codes cause all data fields to get wiped out on submit

Attachment: Shows the form with the data I used.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the donate page: https://donate.mozilla.org/page/cde/Contribution/Charge
2. Fill in all fields with valid data except zip code
3. Fill in zip code field with unicode characters (I used cyrillic)
5. choose paypal for payment
6. click "donate" button
7. Click ok in popup for non-valid zip code

Expected:
Form would appear with data so that corrections need only be made to the corrected field.

Actual:
All data in the form is returned to it's original state. The user's data is gone.
