Not sure what this button is meant to do, but the "blank sheet" button in the toolbar deletes all content in the editor. That was an unhappy surprise.

Add a confirm dialog to new page button

Have a fix, but rather than just commit, I'm trying a pull request for review:

I stripped the "new" button out altogether, because it's pretty involved to replace the current functionality. That, and IMO it doesn't make as much sense to blank out a doc in progress
