User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:7.0a2) Gecko/20110808 Firefox/7.0a2
Build ID: 20110808042002
Steps to reproduce:
Whenever i try to check for addons updates:
I open the addons manager with ctrl+shift+a
click on the tools menu with the gear icon
click on 'check for updates'
Actual results:
I have the addons updates set to manual.
I don't get any updates and remain the phrase "addons updating in progress" (or somenthing similar, my firefox isn't in english).
This is what i get in the error console:
Avviso: WARN addons.manager: Exception calling callback: TypeError: Utils.delay is not a function
File sorgente: resource:///modules/XPIProvider.jsm -> jar:file:///C:/Users/Frank/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/9amx6tui.default/extensions/sigma@labs.mozilla.xpi!/bootstrap.js
Riga: 413
If i close Firefox7a and open Firefox6beta with the same profile and check for updates i get regular response.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:8.0a1) Gecko/20110807 Firefox/8.0a1
I could not reproduce the issue.
Could you be more specific in the steps to took to encounter this issue?like what add-ons are you talking about.
Try starting Firefox with a new clean profile:

Get back with a post if it still occurs.
Thanks!

An extension creates that error as you can read.
"sigma@labs.mozilla.xpi": Is that a Mozilla labs extension ?
Product: Firefox → Mozilla Labs
QA Contact: general → general
Version: 7 Branch → unspecified

Yes the problem is the extensions "Mozilla Labs: Lab Kit 3" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/mozilla-labs-lab-kit/)
There is also another comment on the above link about this bug.
The problem exist with Firefox 7.0a2, with Firefox 6 beta and previous version all runs smoothly.
This patch fix the problem.
Apply to "bootstrap.js" inside "sigma@labs.mozilla.xpi" version 3.
