Steps to reproduce:

Press the atach button or open the file->atach->file menu option


Actual results:

nothing

open the file dialog box

Do you have the same problem in safe mode (menu Help -> Restart with Add-ons disabled...)? Drag and Drop still works?

I had the same issue with Mailtweak installed.
