Steps to reproduce:

a textarea, position is absolute, set resize = none


Actual results:

double click on the text area, you'll be able to resize it


Expected results:

it shouldn't be resized.
Do you have a reduced testcase that shows the issue?

I just found. the bug can be reproduced only if there is a content editable canvas in the page.
