Summary: Thunderbird 6 whatsnew page localization → [tracking] Thunderbird 6 whatsnew page localization
Depends on: 678321
I'm not sure how Pascal manages that for Firefox (it recently happened for Firefox 6 features page), but having a file in the new repository with only changed text in English would be much appreciated.

In other words, the file in the new repository contains already all the reusable text from the previous version, only paragraphs that changed and need a new localization are in English.

P.S. also, I don't know exactly why but you added two people from the Italian community to the tracking bug, which is kind of strange
Some other observations:
* not sure it matters (it doesn't seem to be used anywhere) but $release_fullname still says 'Thunderbird 5.0'.
* AMO links (Lightning, Conversation view) still have a src parameter "external-tb5-whatsnew". Also, the first item in that list has a closing period, the last two don't.
It seems that there is one unclosed div in whatsnew/index.html …
Ping Andrei, Thunderbird 6 is available now and nobody has answered the issues raised in 2 & 3. Also, comment #1 should be considered as well for future versions.

Yeah, I realize this wasn't ideal and I'll try to at least link a diff of the english file in future bugs so that you can see exactly what's changed. Mixing in the english diff with localized files will require some work and isn't terribly easy, I can't promise that but I'll try to find some time to figure out a good way to do it.

It's probably because I cloned this bug from the TB5 bug, which had them on it.

This doesn't matter at all, don't worry about it.

I fixed this.

As far as I can tell, this is not true.

Correct - my mistake, sorry.
Please remember that Catalan localisations have been ready in their corresponding bugs.
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=678281

and also
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=666161

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=667750

Tb5 pages were NEVER committed. whatsnew page for tb6 wasn't committed either. What's wrong? Shall I stop localising that website?
