Navigation elements of the collections panel are misplacing position. 

Scenarios: 
1. Perform mouse hover event on a navigation element "next/prev" 
2. Perform mouse click to actually navigate on a new panel 

Problem: 
UI minor issue: the navigation elements are wrongly positioned some pixels to the right. very easy to notice. see screenshot.

Does this invalidate the VERIFIED FIXED status of bug 676701 or is this a change on WebDev side which will be pushed live soon?

This bug is a duplicate of bug 676701. It has been fixed and will be pushed to production today.
