Steps to reproduce:

I opened FireFox and other programs.


Actual results:

Firefox menu was too transparent - it displayed parts of other windows, running is background.
Transparency in menues is complete nonsense since it kills accessibility.

IE or Chrome show how transparency effects can be used without affecting usability too much.
