2. Click on the install button
3. Notice the option to 'Install for Windows'
actual behavior:

I filed bug 679017 to add spacing in the popup. The bulleting issue has been fixed at https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/i/addon/microsoft-net-framework-assist/eula/
