When you hover over a collection hovercard, the summary doesn't expand, and it also doesn't have an ellipsis, so it's like it just stops. http://cl.ly/280j1N2h0k0G1j2P2m26 I'd prefer we show at least a bit more of the summary and then truncate. We should also make the stats green and a bit smaller, like on add-on hovercards.
