Build: 2001020608
Expected Results: Page should "refresh" automatically and go to a specified url.
What I got: Page remains static and doesn't load new url.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Load test case:
http://slip/projects/marvin/xhtml/transitional/meta_http_equiv.xml

2) Page remains static.
